A chance visit to the popular Wild Oats market in Sedgefield resulted in a great find...
Just as the last of the elephant hides were being used for pieces to include in my Awakenings exhibition, a friend from Prince Albert popped in for an overnight visit.
We decided to go to the Wild Oats market in Sedgefield the following morning and by a lucky coincidence, a crocodile farmer from the Karoo had brought a magnificent skin measuring more than 2.5m in length.
